Welcome to Lincoln Middle School Athletics!
At LMS, we believe in the power of sports to promote teamwork, dedication, school spirit, and personal growth. Our athletic programs offer a wide variety of opportunities for students to stay active, build confidence, and have fun while representing the Spartans with pride.

Students can participate in a range of seasonal sports, including:

  • 7th/8th Grade

    Practices held daily from 3 pm-5 pm.

    • Students are required to attend 8 practices to play in the first game
    • No practice during Conferences – open gym will take place instead on those days, from 3 pm-5 pm.

    Tryouts will take place at the beginning of the season

    • Teams will be divided into 8th grade varsity, 7th grade varsity, and JV teams made up of a mix of 7th/8th grade students.

  • 7th/8th Grade

    Practices held daily from 3-5 pm

    • Students required to attend 8 practices to play in the first game.
    • The season will go to the end of February.
    • No practice on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

    Tryouts will take place at the beginning of the season

    • Teams will be divided into 8th grade varsity, 7th grade varsity, and JV teams made up of a mix of 7th and 8th grade students.

  • Bowling takes place at Zeppoz.

    Practices held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 pm-5 pm.

    • Students will bowl once a week, on their designated day
    • Students will ride a bus to Zeppoz right after school. Families must pick their student up at Zeppoz at 5 pm.

    Students must have these requirements completed prior to participation:

    • Athletic Registration
    • Emergency Contact Form
    • Inherent Risk for Bowling
    • ASB Card
    • Sports Physical (must be updated every 2 years)

  • Practices held daily from 3 pm-5 pm

    • Students required to attend 8 practices to compete in the first meet
    • The season will go to mid-October

  • Practices held daily from 3 pm-5 pm.

    • Students required to attend 12 practices to play in the fist game
    • The season will go to mid-October

  • Practices held daily from 3 pm-5 pm at the LMS track.

    • There will be a practice attendance requirement to compete
    • Open to students of all grades

    Students must have these requirements completed prior to participation:

    • Athletic Registration
    • ASB Card
    • Sports Physical (updated every 2 years)

  • Practices held daily from 3 pm-5 pm

    • Students required to attend 8 practices to compete in the first game
    • The season will go to mid-October
